Great Hill Solutions is looking to hire an experienced Data Administrator I ready to support a dynamic cutting edge program. The Data Administrator is responsible for providing outreach services to American and Afghan citizens in Afghanistan who qualify to travel to the United States and or to alternative countries. The successful representative will address issues/correspondence with high levels of confidentiality while maintaining information security during all stages of the outreach process. The ideal candidate for this role must be comfortable working in a collaborative team environment and possess outstanding communication, organization, and critical thinking skills.


Great Hill Solutions is seeking a Data Administrator I to support our DOS contract CONUS and abroad.


This position will be a TDY position for 3-6months+ to Philippines/Germany/Albania/Site TBD or so before becoming permanent onsite


Roles and Responsibilities include but not limited to:


  • Enter critical confidential information into the System Database
  • Perform quality control checks and data reconciliations to ensure data accuracy in the System Database
  • Communicate effectively in high-pressure scenarios with both American and Afghan citizens
  • Ability to use multiple forms of communications including but not limited to: phone, multi-modal communications, text, email, and Whatsapp


Basic Requirements:


  • United States citizenship with Active Secret Security Clearance or higher
  • Current US passport, not expiring in the next 6 months
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 - 10 years of call center/case management experience
  • 5 - 10 years of data administration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Communicate effectively in high-pressure environments.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and a high level of confidentiality.


Preferred:


  • Ability to speak fluently in Dari, Urdu, Pashto
  • Experience handling highly confidential information.
