Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly creative and talented Graphic Designer cum Digital Marketing Executive to join our team, working remotely for a vibrant Night Club. This role requires a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design and digital marketing, with a focus on the Qatar region. The ideal candidate should be bilingual in Arabic and English, possessing a deep understanding of Night Club industry trends and an ability to craft visually compelling content to engage our audience effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design:
- Create captivating visual content, including promotional banners, flyers, social media graphics, and other marketing materials.
- Develop and maintain a consistent and on-brand visual identity for the Night Club.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate innovative design concepts.
- Digital Marketing:
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns that align with the Night Club's goals.
- Utilize SEO, SEM, and social media advertising to drive online traffic and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments for optimal results.
- Manage the Night Club's online presence, including social media channels and website.
- Content Creation:
- Generate high-quality content for various digital platforms, including social media posts, blogs, and email newsletters.
- Craft compelling copy that resonates with our target audience, ensuring it is both in Arabic and English.
- Community Engagement:
- Interact with customers and followers on social media platforms, fostering a sense of community and building brand loyalty.
- Respond to inquiries and comments in a professional and engaging manner.
- Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Conduct market research to identify target demographics and tailor marketing efforts accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer and Digital Marketer in the Night Club industry within the GCC region.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and knowledge of video editing software is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
- Creative thinking and an eye for detail with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
Must Have Qualifications & Skills:
- A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in the field of Graphic Designing & Digital Marketing.
- Strong creative and design skills with proficiency in graphic design and multimedia content creation tools.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, channels, and tools.
