We are hiring an Assistant Manager (Financial Modelling and Feasibility) for one of our clients in Doha.

Requirements
- Minimum 4-7 years of Real Estate and/or Infrastructure Advisory experience in a Big 4 and/or equivalent global/ regional consulting firm/IPCs etc.
- Postgraduate in Management in Finance/Real Estate/Infrastructure/MBA Finance or a Graduate (Architecture/Civil/Planning) with specializations such as CFA/CAIA, etc.
- A high degree of proficiency in MS Office including PPT, MS Word, Advanced Financial Modelling including necessary knowledge of macros, Power BI, report writing and presentation to small to mid-size groups, readability of area program and understanding of real estate terminologies etc, IFRS knowledge is preferred.
- Nationality Preferred: East European, Malaysian, and Sri Lankan
- With a transferable visa and valid QID/NOC
- Residing in Qatar
