Job Description:
Prepare and execute pastry recipes to meet quality standards.
▪ Assist the CDP and Head Chef in the overall pastry making process
▪ Maintain high standards through taste tests and presentation checks.
▪ Assist in managing pastry inventory and minimizing wastage.
▪ Communicate and coordinate with other kitchen sections for smooth operations

A Levant high end casual dining restaurant in Dubai specializing in Eastern Mediterranean cuisine based in Dubai
Qualifications:
§ Open to Asian nationals
§ 45 years old and below
§ At least 1 year experience in the same role or as DCDP – Pastry
§ Worked in a High End Casual or Fine Dining restaurant is preferred
