Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Representative. The Business Development Representative will need to work collaboratively with Inside Sales /Sales team to execute Sales activities for Esquare Services and provide exceptional support to clients. The Responsibilities include tasks like Lead generation, Cold calling, Business Development activities and building relationships.

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients for our SaaS product. You will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and providing necessary support after the onboarding process. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Skills

● Proactively identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media and on-ground market visits.

● Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.

● Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and qualify them as potential clients.

● Schedule and conduct product demonstrations, effectively articulating the value proposition of our SaaS product.

● Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.

● Collaborate with the Customer success to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads and provide necessary support after the onboarding process.

● Assist in the development of sales collateral, presentations, and proposals to effectively communicate the features and benefits of our SaaS product.

● Keep detailed and accurate records of interactions with leads and clients using CRM software.

● Gather and communicate market feedback to the product development team to contribute to the enhancement of our SaaS product based on client needs.


Qualifications:


● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

● Proven experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role, preferably in the SaaS industry.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

● Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

● Familiarity with the automotive industry and maintenance processes is a plus.
