Objective:

• Business Development Manager's prime responsibility is to represent the full range of existing and new services, achieving strategic objectives set forth by management to sustain the company's growth and ensure that the company's high standards of customer service are met.

 Responsibilities:

• Develop geographical and business expansion strategies.
• Develop and manage sales strategy & territory plans to exceed periodical sales targets.
• Manage and lead regional business development activities to generate new revenue.
• Management of the complete sales cycle from prospecting through to closing.
• Follow-up on all leads, developing ongoing relationships with prospects to position Future Group as the vendor of choice when an opportunity arises
• Collaborate with the marketing, project management, and operations to deliver a complete customer experience.
• Research and analyze industries in order to identify new business opportunities
• Attend industry conferences and specialized networking events.
• Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting on all aspects of activity
