Job description

• Lead functional design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance solutions.
  
• Conduct business process workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
  
• Configure and optimize Finance modules including:
  
  
  • General Ledger (GL)
    
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
    
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
    
  • Cash & Bank Management
    
  • Fixed Assets
    
  • Budgeting
    
  • Cost Accounting
    
  • Financial Reporting
    
• Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and business process documentation.
  
• Work closely with technical teams to develop customizations, integrations, and reports.
  
• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices aligned with D365 capabilities.
  
• Support data migration, system testing (SIT/UAT), training, and go-live activities.
  
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
  
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  
• Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• 9-12 years of ERP consulting experience with at least 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  
• Mandatory certifications:
  
  
  • MB-300: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Core Finance and Operations
    
  • MB-310: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance
    
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes.
  
• Experience in multiple end-to-end D365 F&O implementation projects.
  
• Excellent stakeholder management and business communication skills.
  
• Strong understanding of system integration, reporting, and data migration processes.
