Role Description The Assistant role at Petra Restaurant is a full-time, on-site position based in Doha. The Assistant will support daily restaurant operations, including coordinating reservations, greeting guests, and assisting with table management to ensure a smooth service flow. Responsibilities include handling phone and in-person inquiries, providing administrative support to the management team, and assisting with documentation, reports, and scheduling. The role may also involve basic inventory checks, liaison with kitchen and service staff, and support for special events or promotions. The Assistant is expected to maintain a professional demeanor, uphold hygiene and safety standards, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for guests and colleagues.
