The company values professionalism, continuous improvement, and strong client relationships. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Doha, Qatar. The Architect will develop architectural 3D dedign, prepare detailed interior designs, and produce drawings and specifications for new construction and renovation projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with engineering, project management, and site teams, ensuring designs comply with local codes, regulations, and client requirements. The role involves reviewing project plans, participating in design reviews, and providing technical guidance during construction to address design-related issues. The Architect will also collaborate on integration of building systems, support project documentation, and contribute to quality, safety, and sustainability standards. Qualifications Strong skills in Architecture and interior Design, including concept development, space planning, 3D visualization and detailed building design. Experience with Project Management, including planning, coordination with stakeholders, and monitoring design deliverables. Knowledge of Integration of building systems and ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams (e.g., structural, MEP). Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., Auto CAD, 3D Max, Sketch Up or similar) and strong technical drawing skills. Understanding of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices in Qatar or the Gulf region. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a closely related field, with relevant professional experience. Effective communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with the ability to work on-site and collaborate in diverse teams.
