Job Summary
The Facilities Management Supervisor will supervise technical teams and day-to-day electromechanical maintenance activities, ensuring safe and effective operation and maintenance of building systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise technicians and daily maintenance activities.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Monitor electrical, mechanical, HVAC, air-conditioning, and cooling systems.
- Allocate work and monitor technical team performance.
- Identify technical issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety and occupational health procedures.
- Coordinate with Facilities Engineers and Managers.
- Evaluate individual and team performance.
Requirements
- Mechanical/Electrical Engineering degree preferred; or relevant technical qualification.
- For technical qualification holders, minimum 10 years' total experience.
- 3 years' experience within schools and kindergartens.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, air-conditioning, and cooling systems.
- Previous supervisory experience on similar-sized projects.
- Strong team leadership and communication skills.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Arabic and English bilingual capability required for this recruitment.
