خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في التصنيع في منشآت صناعية كبيرة. معرفة بالأدوات والمُعِدّات ومواد صيانة قابلة للاستخدام. القدرة على التعامل مع الأوزان يدويًا وباستخدام المُعِدّات. القدرة على دعم الفنيين وأعضاء الفريق الآخرين في تجميع وفك الماكينات، إلخ. يجب أن يكون على دراية كاملة بممارسات العمل الآمن، والاستخدام الصحيح لوسائل الحماية الشخصية، إلخ.
