Role Description The Co Founder with Investment role is a full-time, on-site position based in Doha, Qatar, involving both capital contribution and active participation in building Al Haadi Holding’s ventures. On a day-to-day basis, the Co Founder will help identify and evaluate new business and investment opportunities, contribute to the development of business plans, and participate in key strategic and financial decisions. Responsibilities include working closely with other founders to shape the company’s vision, overseeing early-stage operations, supporting hiring decisions, and establishing partnerships that drive growth. The role also involves monitoring portfolio performance, managing risks, and ensuring strong corporate governance and ethical business practices. This position is suitable for individuals who seek an entrepreneurial leadership role with meaningful ownership and influence in the company’s direction.
Qualifications Strong background in business, finance, or investment, with the ability to assess market opportunities, financial models, and risk-return profiles. Experience in founding, co-founding, or leading startups, scale-ups, or investment-backed ventures, preferably in a holding or diversified business environment. Ability to define strategic priorities, contribute to business planning, and drive execution through clear goals and measurable outcomes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills for engaging partners, investors, and key stakeholders. Demonstrated capacity to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, make decisions under uncertainty, and take accountability for results. Knowledge of the regional business landscape in Qatar or the GCC region, and familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or similar) or equivalent entrepreneurial experience is highly beneficial.
