Job Description

To ensure an effective and smooth direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of assigned projects. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and project documentation. Coordinate project activities across cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and objectives. Monitor project scope, schedule, quality, and risks, and implement corrective actions when required. Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and status review sessions with internal and external stakeholders. Track project progress and prepare regular status reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and stakeholders. Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, business requirements, and customer expectations. Collaborate with business units, vendors, consultants, and technical teams to resolve issues and remove project roadblocks. Support procurement, contract management, and vendor coordination activities when applicable. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and ensure alignment with project objectives and organizational priorities. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely escalation of critical issues and decisions. Mentor junior team members and promote collaboration, accountability, and high-performance project delivery

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 4-7 years of relevant experience in project management, project coordination, or PMO environments. Proven experience managing medium-scale projects and coordinating cross-functional teams. Experience in stakeholder engagement and executive-level reporting. Demonstrated experience in risk management, issue resolution, and project governance. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
