### Job Purpose
The IT Project Manager will be responsible for managing and delivering IT projects across the banking environment from initiation through implementation and closure. The role requires strong project governance, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, risk management, and the ability to deliver projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
### Key Responsibilities
* Manage IT projects *end-to-end*, from initiation and planning through execution, go-live, handover, and closure.* Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource plans.* Manage *scope, risks, issues, dependencies, changes, and project controls*.* Coordinate with business, application, infrastructure, cybersecurity, operations, PMO, and external vendors.* Manage vendor relationships, contracts, deliverables, SLAs, and performance.* Prepare project status reports, dashboards, steering committee presentations, and executive reports.* Lead project meetings and ensure timely resolution of issues and dependencies.* Coordinate requirements gathering, testing, UAT, deployment, go-live, and operational handover.* Ensure compliance with banking policies, regulatory requirements, audit controls, information security, and governance standards.* Monitor project progress and take corrective actions to ensure *on-time and within-budget delivery*.* Apply *Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid* project management methodologies as required.* Maintain project documentation including project charter, SOW, WBS, RAID log, risk register, change requests, implementation plans, and closure reports.
### Mandatory Requirements
* *8+ years of proven IT Project Management experience.** *PMP / PMI certification is mandatory.** *Banking industry experience is mandatory.** Strong experience in *IT transformation / enterprise technology projects*.* Experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.* Strong knowledge of *project governance, risk management, change management, and stakeholder management*.* Excellent communication, reporting, leadership, and problem-solving skills.* Experience with *Agile / Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies*.

Candidates with experience in any of the following will be highly preferred:
