Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager specializing in Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of ELV projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex projects and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.

Job Responsibility:
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, for ELV projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct regular project meetings to update stakeholders on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project performance and implement changes as needed to achieve project goals.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project documentation and reporting to track project milestones and deliverables.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the ELV industry, with a strong track record of successfully delivered projects.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively lead project teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of ELV systems, including security systems, fire alarm systems, and telecommunications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions to keep projects on track.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software for planning and tracking project progress.
