What you will be doing:

• Assist the Food & Beverage team in daily operations across restaurants, bars, and events.
• Support service during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and banquets, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
• Prepare tables, mise-en-place, and service areas to brand standards before each shift.
• Greet and engage with guests, providing attentive service and handling requests with care.
• Learn and apply service standards, upselling techniques, and menu knowledge.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
• Observe and practice proper handling of food, beverages, and equipment in line with hygiene standards.
• Support the team during events, themed nights, and special promotions.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm to learn and adapt to different areas within Food & Beverage.
• Provide feedback and share ideas for improving service and guest satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

Your experience and skills include:

• Currently pursuing studies in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
• Strong interest in Food & Beverage operations and guest service
• Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and team spirit
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards is an advantage
