يتولى مدير QA/QC مسؤولية إنشاء نظام إدارة جودة للمشروع وتطبيقه ومراقبته وتحسينه المستمر لضمان أن جميع أنشطة البناء والمواد والعمل والفحص والاختبار تتفق مع وثائق العقد ومطاليب جهة العمل ومواصفات المشروع والرموز والمعايير المعمول بها ونظام إدارة الجودة بالشركة.
الملف المرغوب للمترشح
- التعليم الدرجة الجامعية في الهندسة المدنية، الهندسة الميكانيكية، الهندسة المعمارية، أو تخصص هندسي ذي صلة.
- الخبرة خبرة لا تقل عن 15–20 سنة في QA/QC ضمن مشاريع البناء. على الأقل 5 سنوات في دور مدير QA/QC. خبرة في مشاريع البناء أو البنية التحتية كبيرة النطاق. يفضل الخبرة في مشاريع التصميم والبناء.
- الشهادات الشهادات المفضلة تشمل: ISO 9001 قائد مراجِع ISO 9001 مراجِع داخلي PMP (مفضل) CQE (مفضل)
The QA/QC Manager is responsible for establishing, implementing, monitoring, and continually improving the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) to ensure that all construction activities, materials, workmanship, inspections, and testing comply with the Contract Documents, Employer's Requirements, Project Specifications, Applicable Codes and Standards, and the Company's Quality Management System.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Experience Minimum 15 20 years in QA/QC within construction projects. At least 5 years in a QA/QC Manager role. Experience in large-scale building or infrastructure projects. Experience with Design & Build projects is preferred.
- Certifications Preferred certifications include: ISO 9001 Lead Auditor ISO 9001 Internal Auditor PMP (Preferred) CQE (Preferred)
