Job Summary
A leading facilities management company is seeking an experienced Pest Control Supervisor to oversee pest management operations across commercial facilities. The successful candidate will supervise pest control technicians, implement Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programmes, and ensure compliance with environmental and HSE standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise pest control teams.
- Conduct pest inspections and risk assessments.
- Develop treatment plans.
- Ensure safe chemical handling and pesticide application.
- Maintain service documentation and reports.
- Monitor compliance with environmental regulations.
- Deliver toolbox talks and staff training.
- Liaise with clients regarding pest control activities.
Skills
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' pest control experience.
- Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of Integrated Pest Management (IPM).
- Knowledge of pesticide regulations and chemical handling.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Pest Control Certification/Licence.
- HSE or First Aid certification.
- Qatar Driving Licence.
