Job Summary
A leading facilities management company is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to oversee security operations across a large commercial development. The successful candidate will supervise security personnel, ensure site security, and maintain compliance with client security procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise security officers during assigned shifts.
- Monitor access control and CCTV operations.
- Conduct security patrols and inspections.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies.
- Prepare daily reports and incident documentation.
- Ensure compliance with client security procedures.
- Train and mentor security staff.
- Liaise with emergency services where required.
Skills
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the security industry.
- Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience.
- Ability to communicate in both Arabic and English.
- Experience with CCTV, access control, and incident reporting.
- Strong leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Security-related certifications.
- First Aid certification.
- Qatar Driving Licence.
