الملف المطلوب لدى المرشح
يشترط الحصول على شهادة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية، مع تفضيل الحاصلين على درجة الماجستير. الحد الأدنى ثلاث سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة. الإلمام بـ CAD وغيرها من حزم برامج الكمبيوتر المرتبطة عادة بالهندسة. مهارات كتابة وتواصل شفوي قوية. فهم ممارسات QA/QC والمعايير المعتمدة. مهارات تحليلية وحل المشكلات. الانتباه إلى التفاصيل والدقة في حسابات التصميم. القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق. الطلاقة في حزمة Microsoft Office وبرامج الهندسة ذات الصلة. يُفضَّل أن يكون المرشح حاصلاً بالفعل على تسجيل مهندس MME أو يجب الحصول عليه خلال ستة أشهر. الخبرة في قطر والشرق الأوسط إضافة.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required, with preference given to candidates holding a master's degree. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Understands QA/QC standard practices and procedures. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in design calculations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant engineering software. Preferably already hold MME Engineer Registration or must be attained within six months. Experience in Qatar and the Middle East is a plus.
