Summary

Provide professional massage and wellness treatments to guests while ensuring exceptional service, comfort, and adherence to Hyatt spa standards.

Qualifications

Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy or related field. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a spa, wellness center, or luxury hotel. Proficient in massage techniques. Strong customer service and communication skills. Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage. Professional appearance and ability to work flexible shifts.
