المسؤوليات الرئيسية -
إعداد فواتير الكميات والتقديرات التكلفة.

المتطلبات -
درجة البكالوريوس في تقدير الكميات والهندسة أو مجال ذو صلة.

خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مشاريع البنية التحتية أو المرافق.

معرفة قوية بعقود FIDIC.

خبرة في إعداد BOQs، مستندات العطاء والحسابات النهائية.
-
وعي تجاري ممتاز ومهارات تفاوض.
-
عضوية مهنية (RICS أو ما يعادلها) مفضلة.
About the Role Our client requires an experienced Quantity Surveyor to provide commercial support across complex infrastructure projects, including estimating, contract administration, tender evaluation and cost management.
Key Responsibilities -
Prepare Bills of Quantities and cost estimates.

Review contractor claims and payment applications.

Administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle.

Monitor project costs and financial performance.

Prepare tender documentation and commercial evaluations.

Support contract negotiations and final account settlement.

Provide commercial advice to project teams.
Requirements -
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or related field.

Minimum 10 years' experience within infrastructure or utilities projects.

Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts.

Experience preparing BOQs, tender documentation and final accounts.

Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
-
Professional membership (RICS or equivalent) preferred.
