يكون قائد الجودة مسؤولاً عن تنسيق تنفيذ برامج مراقبة جودة الإنشاءات والتشطيبات وتوجيه موظفي فحص الجودة بالموقع في PMT. يراقب الإشراف الفعّال على جهود مراقبة الإنشاءات/الجودة لدى المقاولين ويدعم برامج الرقابة الخاصة بالمشاريع. يجري تحقق الجودة في الإنشاءات من الشركة (الفحص) وفقاً لـ I&TP المعتمدة. يراجع ويقدم ملاحظات حول خطط جودة المشروع لدى المقاول، وخطط I&TP والإجراءات. يطبق خبرة واسعة قائمة على الممارسة في الصناعة ومعرفة لتعزيز، وتأسيس وتنفيذ الأنظمة والعمليات والإجراءات الحالية ضمن إطار جودة منظم. يجري تقييمات الإنشاءات (CA) للتحقق من نظام إدارة الجودة لدى المقاول والالتزام بمواصفات المشروع. يجب أن يظهر قائد الجودة درجة عالية من الكفاءة الحاسوبية ومهارات التنسيق. يُظهر أعلى مستويات النزاهة في التعامل مع جميع الأطراف ويتواصل باقتضاب في السياقين الكتابي والشفهي؛ يعد تقارير مكتوبة عالية الجودة. يقدم تقارير عن المدخلات مع رئيس الجودة حول مقاييس أداء الجودة ومؤشرات الأداء KPI المرتبطة بأنشطة QA/QC. يراجع وثائق/سجلات الجودة مثل خطط الجودة وITP وغيرها من مستندات المقاول كما يوجهه رئيس الجودة.
الملف المرغوب فيه للمرشح
- درجة البكالوريوس في العلوم أو الهندسة
- مؤهلات إضافية متعلقة بالجودة أو اللحام أو فحص NDE
- 8 سنوات خبرة في الجودة في صناعة النفط والغاز، بما في ذلك سنة خبرة في دور إشرافي، بما في ذلك الأدوار الوظيفية البديلة أو الإشراف على موظفي الخدمة/الموردين.
- الخبرة مع شركات النفط والغاز، المقاولين، أو شركات الخدمات.
- معرفة بمعايير الصناعة
- مهارات تواصل مكتوبة وشفوية باللغة الإنجليزية ممتازة

The Quality Lead is responsible for coordinating the implementation of Construction Quality and Completions Surveillance Programs and providing directions to PMT site QC Inspection personnel. Monitors the effective oversight of Contractors Construction surveillance/quality efforts and supports the projects surveillance programs. Conducts Company Construction Quality Verification (inspections) in accordance with approved I&TP. Reviews and provide comments on Contractor's Project Quality Plans, I&TP's and procedures. Applies extensive hands-on, industry-based experience and knowledge to promote, and establish and implement existing systems, processes and procedures within a structured quality framework. Conducts Construction Assessments (CA) to verify Contractor's quality management system and project specification compliance. The Quality Lead must exhibit a high degree of computer literacy and coordination skills. Demonstrates the highest level of integrity in dealing with all parties and communicates concisely in written and verbal context; prepares high quality written reporting. Report on input with the Head of Quality on quality performance metrics and KPI's related to QA/QC activities. Review quality documentations/record such as Quality Plans, ITP's and other Contractor's deliverables as directed by Head of Quality.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Sciences or Engineering
- Additional quality, welding or NDE inspection related qualifications
- 8 years' experience in Quality in the Oil & Gas Industry, including 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, or oversight of service/vendor personnel.
- Experience with Oil & Gas companies, Contractors, or Service Companies.
- Knowledge of Industry standards
- Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to influence decisions using presentation, negotiation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to manage development and implementation of Quality Management Systems adapted to Oil & Gas industry.
- Ability to interact with project management team and Contractors confidently.
- Requires strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills
