الغرض الأساسي من الوظيفة
توفير خدمات إدارة مشروع كاملة لتنفيذ هدم QSTec في RLC. سيقود مدير المشروع فريقاً متعدد التخصصات وسيُدير جميع جوانب ومراحل المشروع من البدء حتى اكتمال الهدم وتسليم المرافق الباقية. سيضمن تسليم المشروع بنجاح في الوقت المحدد، والجودة، ضمن الميزانية وبطريقة آمنة وبما يتوافق مع متطلبات المشروع والمواصفات والمعايير.
الخبرة والمهارات المطلوبة- خبرة لا تقل عن خمسة عشر (15) عاماً في البناء/التركيب بما في ذلك عشرة (10) أعوام في صناعة النفط والغاز.
- معرفة جيدة بمعايير البناء والوعي بـ QHSE.
- قدرة جيدة على تفسير ومراجعة بيانات الطرق التنفيذية، وخطط الفحص والاختبار، وخطط الرفع/التركيب، وجداول البناء والرسومات.
- القدرة على إبراز الاختناقات/المشكلات المحتملة المرتبطة بأنشطة البناء واقتراح الحلول.
- مهارات اتصال وتقرير مكتوب جيدة.
المؤهلات التعليميةبكالوريوس في تخصص هندسي أو دبلوم مع خبرة إدارة البناء الواسعة.
Job description
Primary Purpose of the Job
Provide complete project management services for execution of Demolition of QSTec at RLC. The Project Manager will lead multidisciplinary team and will manage all aspects and phases of the project from initiation to completion of demolition and handover remaining facilities. He will ensure successful delivery of the project on time, quality, within budget in a safe manner and in accordance with project requirements, specifications, and standards.
Required Experience and Skills- Fifteen (15) years minimum construction/installation related experience of which ten (10) years in oil & gas industry.
- Good knowledge of construction related standards and QHSE awareness.
- Good ability to interpret and review method statements, inspection and test plans, lifting/erection plans, construction schedules and drawings.
- Ability to highlight potential bottlenecks/problems related to construction activities and suggest solutions.
- Good communication and report writing skills.
Educational QualificationsB.Sc. in an Engineering Discipline or Diploma with extensive construction management experience.
