## Job Description – CAD Operator (Gerber Accu Mark Garment Software)

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **CAD Operator – Gerber Accu Mark** to join our garment manufacturing team in **Qatar**. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in **Gerber Accu Mark** and be capable of creating accurate patterns, grading sizes, and producing optimized markers for efficient garment production.

### Key Responsibilities

* Create and modify garment patterns using **Gerber Accu Mark**.
* Perform **pattern grading** according to size specifications.
* Prepare **marker layouts** with maximum fabric utilization and marker efficiency.
* Calculate **fabric consumption** and support cost optimization.
* Digitize, edit, and maintain pattern libraries.
* Coordinate with the sampling, production, and quality teams to ensure accurate pattern execution.
* Review and correct patterns before production.
* Ensure all CAD files and technical data are properly maintained and updated.
* Troubleshoot pattern and marker issues during production.
* Follow company quality standards and production deadlines.

### Requirements

* Minimum **3 years of experience** as a **CAD Operator using Gerber Accu Mark**.
* Strong knowledge of **Pattern Making, Pattern Grading, Marker Making, Fabric Consumption, and Marker Efficiency**.
* Good understanding of the **garment manufacturing process**.
* Experience in woven and/or knit garments is an advantage.
* Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and measurement charts.
* Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and meet production schedules.

* **Salary:** QAR 4,000–4,500 per month
* **Duty:** 9 Hours/Day
