1. Supervise piping fabrication, installation, and erection activities for offshore topsides in line with project schedule.

2. Ensure safe execution of all piping works while maintaining compliance with HSE, quality, and project standards.

3. Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Quality, and Contractor teams to resolve fabrication and site issues.

4. Oversee Mechanical Completion, Pre-Commissioning, and Commissioning activities for piping systems.

5. Monitor spool fabrication, piping preservation, hydrotesting, flushing, reinstatement, and flange management activities.

6. Review constructability, technical deviations, and contractor deliverables to ensure compliance with project requirements.

7. Track project progress, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions to maintain schedule and quality.

8. Promote best practices, lessons learned, and a strong safety culture across the fabrication yard.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline.

2. Minimum 8 years of experience in a Piping Supervisory role on large offshore Oil & Gas/LNG fabrication projects.

3. Strong experience in spool fabrication, piping installation, Mechanical Completion, Pre-Commissioning, and Commissioning.

4. Hands-on experience with GRE, Carbon Steel, Exotic, and CRA Clad piping systems.

5. Good knowledge of piping codes, standards, construction practices, and offshore fabrication.

6. Experience working with EPC Contractors and multinational teams.

7. Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

8. Experience with LNG, sour gas facilities, and brownfield projects is an advantage.
