QP Refinery هي مساهم رئيسي ومورد للمنتجات البترولية. Operator-I مسؤول عن التشغيل الآمن والفعال للميدان. طبيعة العمل هي العمل في الميدان الذي يتضمن أنشطة تتعامل مع الهيدروكربونات الساخنة، منطقة عالية الضجيج، الغازات السامة، درجات حرارة وضغوط عالية، وظروف طقس قاسية. مطلوب مستوى عالٍ من اليقظة للأداء الوظيفي. مطلوب فهم عميق لتعقيد المصافي وتكنولوجيا المصافي ومصانع الكيمياء.
الموظف المستلم مطلوب أن يعمل بنظام الورديات الدورية ومطلوب العمل لساعات طويلة وفقًا لمتطلبات العمل.
الملف الوظيفي المطلوب
- 7 سنوات من خبرة التشغيل في مصفاة/مصنع كيميائي مع 3 سنوات في الوحدة المحددة
- TPP أو ما يعادلها
- معرفة عملية جيدة بوحدات العمليات المعنية.
- مَعْرِفة جيدة بالأساسيات الحسابية.
- رصد ومراقبة وسيطرة جيدة في التشغيل.
- يتبع سياسات وإجراءات المصفاة بما يتماشى مع مهمة الشركة.
- معرفة جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية.
- خضع لتدريبات متعلقة بـ HSE.
QP Refinery is a major contributor and supplier of petroleum products. Operator-I is responsible for safe and efficient field operation. Nature of job is to work in the field that involves activities dealing with hot hydrocarbons, high noise area, toxic gases, high temperatures, and pressures, and sever weather conditions. High level of alertness is required to perform the job. High level of understanding of refinery complexity and Refinery and Chemical Plant technology is required.
The incumbent is required to work in rotating shifts required to work extended hours as per work requirement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 7 Years of operations experience in a Refinery / Chemical Plant with 3 years in the specific unit
- TPP or equivalent
- Good working knowledge of relevant process units.
- Good knowledge in basic calculations.
- Good surveillance, vigilance and control in Operations.
- Follows Refinery policies and procedures in line with Company's mission.
- Good working knowledge of English.
- Undergone HSE related trainings.
