حول وظيفة F-1322-Q - رئيس مراقبة المشروع
المؤهلات*
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة، المحاسبة، إدارة الأعمال/الإدارة، التخصصات التجارية.
المعرفة و/أو الخبرة:-
خبرة لمدة 10 سنوات في بيئة مشروع رئيسي ضمن صناعة النفط والغاز، مع خبرة في إدارة الأعمال بما في ذلك مراقبة المشروع، وتطوير التكلفة والجدول الزمني، وإعداد العطاءات وإدارة العقود و3 سنوات من الإشراف على فرق متعددة التخصصات وثقافات متعددة.
المهارات الفنية والتجارية:-
مهارات الكتابة والتحدث باللغة الإنجليزية ممتازة.
مهارات التخطيط والتنظيم وتحديد الأولويات قوية.
مهارات التفاوض والتأثير قوية.
مهارات الاتصال والتعامل بين الأشخاص جيدة.

About the job F-1322-Q - Head of Project Controls
Qualifications*
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Accounting, Business Management/administration, Commercial disciplines.
Knowledge and/or Experience:-
10 years' experience in a major project environment within the oil and gas industry, with exposure in business management including project controls, cost and schedule development, tender preparation and contract management and 3 years supervising multi discipline and multi-cultural teams.
Technical and Business Skills:-
Excellent written and oral English skills.
Strong planning, organisational and prioritising skills.
Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
