We are looking for a skilled Chiller Technician to install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial chiller systems. The candidate should have hands-on experience with water-cooled and air-cooled chillers, cooling towers, pumps, AHUs, and HVAC systems while ensuring safe and efficient operation.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair air-cooled and water-cooled chiller systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on chillers and HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration faults.
• Inspect compressors, condensers, evaporators, pumps, cooling towers, and control systems.
• Check refrigerant levels, identify leaks, and recharge systems when required.
• Monitor system operating parameters such as temperature, pressure, voltage, and current.
• Repair or replace defective components, including motors, compressors, valves, sensors, and control panels.
• Maintain service reports, maintenance records, and inspection checklists.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and minimize equipment downtime.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted operation of cooling systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

• ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, HVAC, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 5 years of experience in commercial or industrial chiller maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration cycles, electrical controls, and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
• GCC/UAE experience is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with centrifugal, screw, and scroll chillers.
• Knowledge of VFDs, PLC/BMS controls, cooling towers, and chilled water systems.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
