نحن نبحث عن مهندس أنابيب أول - إنشاءات يقود رقابة إنشاء الأنابيب، ومتابعة اللحام/التفتيش اللاهدمي، والاختبار الهيدروي، والوثائق الجودة، وتقييم أداء المقاولين.
المسؤوليات:
- قيادة الرقابة الإنشائية لتصنيع الأنابيب، والتركيب، واللحام، والتفتيش اللاهدمي، والاختبار الهيدروي.
- مراجعة واعتماد مخطط طرق التنفيذ، والبيانات-method statements، وسجلات التفتيش، وشهادات الاختبار.
- ضمان توافق أعمال الأنابيب مع رسومات الإيزومترية، ومواصفات المشروع، والإجراءات المعتمدة.
- مراقبة تركيب المعدات الثابتة وأنشطة التزيين/التشطيب.
- مراجعة تتبّع NDE اليومية وسجلات الجودة.
- التنسيق مع مقاولي EPC، والمقاولين من الباطن، ومهندسي التخصص.
المتطلبات- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية/الهندسة بالأنابيب أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15+ سنوات في مشاريع إنشاء كبيرة في قطاع النفط والغاز/البتروكيماويات.
- معرفة قوية بتصنيع الأنابيب، واللحام، وفحص NDE، والتركيب، والاختبار الهيدروي، وأعمال المعدات الثابتة.
- معرفة جيدة بالمعايير الدولية، وأنظمة QA/QC، وطرق فحص الإنشاءات.
- الطلاقة في الإنجليزية والإلمام بـ MS Office.
Job description
We are seeking for a Senior Piping Engineer - Construction who will lead piping construction surveillance, welding/NDE
monitoring, hydrotesting, quality documentation, and contractor performance
review.
Responsibilities:
- Lead construction surveillance for piping fabrication, installation, welding, NDE, and hydrotesting.
- Review and approve ITPs, method statements, inspection records, and test certificates.
- Ensure piping works conform to isometric drawings, project specifications, and approved procedures.
- Monitor static equipment installation and dress-out activities.
- Review daily NDE traceability and quality records.
- Coordinate with EPC contractors, subcontractors, and discipline engineers.
Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Piping Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 15+ years experience in large oil & gas / petrochemical construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of piping fabrication, welding, NDE, installation, hydrotesting, and static equipment works.
- Good knowledge of international standards, QA/QC systems, and construction inspection methods.
- Fluent in English and proficient in MS Office.
