• تقديم برامج التدريب الفني في الصف الدراسي والتدريب العملي في هندسة الكهرباء.
• تطوير ومراجعة وتحسين مواد التدريب وأ methodologies.
• تقييم أداء المتدربين وشهاداتهم.
• تخطيط وإدارة موارد التدريب والمعدات والمختبرات.
• توجيه وتدريب المتدربين لتعزيز الكفاءة التقنية.
• التأكد من الالتزام بالمعايير الجودة، ISO، HSE، والمعايير التنظيمية.
• درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في الهندسة الكهربائية.
• شهادة Train-the-Trainer مطلوبة.
• خبرة هندسية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات، بما في ذلك التعرض للتدريب الفني.
• خبرة عملية مع أنظمة الجهد المتوسط (MV) و/أو الجهد العالي (HV).
• مهارات عرض وتواصل ممتازة.
• تفضل أن يكون ثنائي اللغة (الإنجليزية والعربية).
المفضلة
• خبرة سابقة في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
• خبرة في المعاهد التدريبية المهنية أو الفنية.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver technical classroom and practical training programs in Electrical Engineering.
• Develop, review, and improve training materials and methodologies.
• Assess and evaluate trainee performance and certification.
• Plan and manage training resources, equipment, and laboratories.
• Mentor and coach trainees to enhance technical competency.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, ISO, HSE, and organizational standards.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Train-the-Trainer certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience, including exposure to technical training.
• Hands-on experience with Medium Voltage (MV) and/or High Voltage (HV) systems.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Bilingual (English & Arabic) preferred.
Preferred
• Previous GCC experience.
• Experience in vocational or technical training institutes.
