Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance while ensuring accurate financial records and supporting daily finance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain general ledger, journal entries, and financial records.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and MIS reports.
- Handle accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist with budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Maintain accurate accounting documentation and ERP records.
Desired Candidate Profile
- B.Com or BBA (Finance).
- 3 5 years of accounting experience in the Hypermarket/Retail sector.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in ERP software (SAP/Tally/Oracle) and MS Excel.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
