باعتباره الشريك التجاري المالي الاستراتيجي لعملية الملكية، يقود مدير المالية تطوير وتنفيذ الاستراتيجيات المالية والتشغيلية التي ترتقي بنمو مستدام. سيكون مدير المالية مسؤولاً عن قيادة وظائف المالية والمحاسبة في الفندق، وضمان الأداء المالي القوي، والامتثال للوائح الشركات والمحلية، والتقرير الدقيق، والضوابط الداخلية الفعالة، والتخطيط المالي الاستراتيجي. يلعب الدور دور الشريك التجاري الرئيسي للجنة التنفيذية ويدعم تحقيق الأهداف التشغيلية والتجارية للفندق.
الاستراتيجية المالية والتخطيط
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات مالية تتماشى مع أهداف أعمال الفندق.
- قيادة إعداد الميزانية السنوية والتنبؤات وخطط المدى الطويل.
- مراقبة أداء الميزانية وتقديم إجراءات تصحيحية عند الضرورة.
- دعم مبادرات تحسين الإيرادات والربحية.
التقارير المالية
- إعداد وعرض البيانات المالية الشهرية والربعية والسنوية.
- ضمان تقارير في الوقت المناسب ودقيقة لإدارة الفندق والمالكين ومكاتب أكور المؤسسية.
- تحليل النتائج المالية وتقديم رؤى تدعم قرارات الأعمال.
- مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية والاتجاهات المالية.
الرقابة المالية والامتثال
- الحفاظ على ضوابط داخلية قوية لحماية أصول الشركة.
- التأكد من الامتثال لسياسات أكور ومعايير المحاسبة والأنظمة الضريبية والقوانين المحلية.
- تنسيق التدقيقات الداخلية والخارجية وتنفيذ توصيات التدقيق.
- إدارة تقييمات المخاطر وعمليات الحوكمة المالية.
قيادة الفريق
- قيادة وتوجيه وتطوير فريق المالية والمحاسبة.
- وضع أهداف الأداء وخطط التعاقب.
- تعزيز ثقافة المساءلة والامتثال والتحسين المستمر.
ملف المرشح المثالي
درجة البكالوريوس في المالية، المحاسبة، التجارة، أو مجال ذي صلة. يفضل وجود مؤهل مهني مثل CPA، CMA، أو MBA. قدرة مثبتة على بناء علاقات أصحاب المصلحة عبر الأقسام والعلامات التجارية. عادة ما يتراوح الخبرة في المالية بين 8 إلى 12 سنة، بما في ذلك خبرة قيادية عليا في قطاع الضيافة. معرفة قوية بالتقارير المالية، والميزانية، والتنبؤات، والضرائب، والضوابط الداخلية. يفضل الخبرة مع أنظمة فندق مثل Opera PMS وأنظمة إدارة الماليات. خبرة في توجيه أو تدريب أو توجيه أعضاء فريق المالية، مع اهتمام حقيقي بتطوير الآخرين. دقة عالية في التفاصيل ونزاهة شخصية قوية، مع القدرة على إدارة مواعيد نهائية متنافسة. نهج تعاوني قائم على الحلول وراحة ضمن الفريق والقيادة وعبر الأقسام
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As the property's strategic financial business partner, the Director of Finance leads the development and implementation of financial and operational strategies that drive sustainable growth. The Director of Finance will be responsible for leading the hotel's finance and accounting functions, ensuring strong financial performance, compliance with corporate and local regulations, accurate reporting, effective internal controls, and strategic financial planning. The role acts as a key business partner to the Executive Committee and supports the achievement of the hotel's operational and commercial goals.
Financial Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the hotel's business objectives.
- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Monitor budget performance and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
- Support revenue optimization and profitability improvement initiatives.
Financial Reporting
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to hotel management, owners, and Accor corporate offices.
- Analyze financial results and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Monitor key performance indicators and financial trends.
Financial Control & Compliance
- Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Ensure compliance with Accor policies, accounting standards, tax regulations, and local laws.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations.
- Manage risk assessments and financial governance processes.
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop the finance and accounting team.
- Establish performance objectives and succession plans.
- Promote a culture of accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field. Professional qualification such as CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred. Demonstrated ability to build effective stakeholder relationships across departments and brands. Typically 8 12 years of finance experience, including senior leadership experience within hospitality. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, and internal controls. Experience with hotel systems such as Opera PMS and financial management systems is advantageous. Experience guiding, training or mentoring finance team members, with a genuine interest in developing others. High attention to detail and strong personal integrity, with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
