Business Leads & Analyst-Credit Redesign Lead the design and implementation of the bank’s Credit & Risk Excellenceagenda, focused on enhancing credit decisioning, optimizing risk-adjusted returns,and strengthening portfolio governance. The role will drive transformationinitiatives across credit policies, risk appetite frameworks, approval authorities,and sector/product risk strategies to support sustainable business growth. The incumbent will lead the assessment and redesign of credit processes, embed RAROC (Risk-Adjusted Return on Capital) principles into decision-making, andestablish differentiated approval frameworks across sectors, products, andgeographies.1. 7–10 years of banking experience in Credit Risk, Corporate Banking, Risk Analytics, Credit Governance, or Business Analysis.2. Experience supporting credit transformation, policy enhancement, or riskmanagement initiatives.3. Exposure to portfolio analytics and risk reporting preferred.
