Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist / Engineer to design, implement, administer, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Windows Servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365/Exchange Online, virtualization, networking, and storage technologies.
Key Responsibilities:Design, deploy, and maintain IT infrastructure across Azure, GCP, and on-premises environments. Administer cloud services including compute, databases, storage, and Platform-as-a-Service (Paa S) solutions. Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers, operating systems, and virtualization platforms. Deploy and manage servers, storage systems, and infrastructure components. Monitor infrastructure performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. Configure and support network devices including switches, routers, and related infrastructure. Manage cloud and on-premises storage solutions. Maintain Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Online/Microsoft 365, and related services. Prepare and maintain infrastructure documentation, procedures, and technical reports. Ensure infrastructure security, availability, and business continuity. Participate in 24/7 operational support and on-call activities when required.
Required Skills & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure. Strong hands-on experience with:Microsoft Azure Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Windows Server Administration Active Directory (AD) Microsoft Exchange Online / Microsoft 365SQL Server (basic administration) Virtualization technologies Enterprise Storage Solutions Networking (Switches, Routers, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) Experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Strong documentation and reporting skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
