Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced MEP Division Manager to lead the overall Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) division, overseeing project delivery, operational excellence, and business growth across multiple construction projects. This is a full-time position based in Qatar.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP construction projects

• Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role within the MEP industry

• Extensive experience managing large-scale MEP projects from planning through project completion

• GCC/Qatar experience is highly preferred

• Strong understanding of project management, budgeting, procurement, and construction methodologies

  
  

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Expertise in leading multidisciplinary MEP engineering, procurement, and site execution teams

• Proven capability to manage project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation

• Adept at coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle

• Experience monitoring project performance, productivity, and management reporting

• Effective leadership in driving quality, operational efficiency, and timely project delivery

• Strong commercial awareness with exposure to business development and tendering activities

• Commitment to ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company quality standards
