Role Description The Head of Real Estate Marketing will lead marketing strategies and campaigns to promote AQAR's brand and real estate developments. Responsibilities include creating strategic marketing plans, overseeing property promotion, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with other departments to maximize market presence. The role is full-time, on-site, and based in Doha, Qatar.
Qualifications:Strong understanding of Real Estate, including Commercial Real Estate and Property Management Experience in Facility Management (FM) and comprehensive Property Management operations Proficiency in Finance as it relates to real estate investments and property value assessments Knowledge of marketing trends and strategies within the Real Estate sector Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus) Proficiency in English and Arabic
