نظرة عامة على الدور:
نحن نسعى لتوظيف محلل نظام الإدارة ذو خبرة لدعم عمليات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة، وضمان التنفيذ الفعّال لأنظمة السلامة، والتدقيق، والامتثال عبر بيئات المستودعات وسلسلة التوريد.
المسؤوليات الأساسية:
- دعم أهداف HSE، وتتبع الأداء والتقارير
- إجراء التدقيقات والتفتيشات وتقييمات المخاطر لـ QHSE
- إدارة التبليغ عن الحوادث، والتنبيهات السلامة، والإجراءات التصحيحية
- الحفاظ على سجلات المخاطر، والامتثال القانوني (LOR)، ومصفوفات التدريب
- الإشراف على سلامة المستودعات، والتعامل مع المواد الكيميائية، وممارسات تخزين المواد
- تنسيق مراقبة البيئة وإدارة النفايات
- دعم توثيق HSE، والإجراءات، وجهوزية التدقيق
- الترويج لحملات السلامة وضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة
المتطلبات:- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة + دبلوم في السلامة الصناعية / NEBOSH
- 10+ سنوات خبرة في سلسلة التوريد / المستودعات / النفط والغاز
- خبرة قوية في التدقيقات والتفتيشات وتحليل البيانات لـ QHSE
- معرفة بـ إدارة المخاطر، وتنظيمات السلامة، وأنظمة الامتثال
- مهارات قوية في الإبلاغ، والتنسيق، وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة

Job description
Management System Analyst
Location - Qatar
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Management System Analyst to support QHSE operations, ensuring effective implementation of safety systems, audits, and compliance across warehouse and supply chain environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support HSE objectives, performance tracking, and reporting
- Conduct QHSE audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Manage incident reporting, safety alerts, and corrective actions
- Maintain risk registers, legal compliance (LOR), and training matrices
- Oversee warehouse safety, chemical handling, and material storage practices
- Coordinate environment monitoring and waste management
- Support HSE documentation, procedures, and audit readiness
- Promote safety campaigns and ensure compliance with safety standards
Requirements:- Bachelor’s in Engineering + Diploma in Industrial Safety / NEBOSH
- 10+ years experience in supply chain / warehouse / oil & gas
- Strong experience in QHSE audits, inspections, and data analysis
- Knowledge of risk management, safety regulations, and compliance systems
- Strong reporting, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
