We are hiring on behalf of a leading (re)insurance organisation in the Middle East. We are currently looking to fill the following positions across Muscat and Qatar:

1) Credit Control Manager (Muscat)
2) Underwriter – Casualty / Liability (Qatar)
3) Underwriter – Property (Qatar)
Key Responsibilities (Summary)
Credit Control Manager Lead and manage credit control operations, setting and monitoring collection targets Oversee reconciliation of intercompany, MGA, and reinsurance balances Ensure accurate reporting, cashflow tracking, and financial governance Manage team performance, KPIs, and stakeholder coordination Prepare management reports and support strategic finance decisions
Underwriters (Casualty / Liability & Property) Evaluate facultative reinsurance risks and prepare underwriting proposals Conduct portfolio, profitability, and exposure analysis Review and approve underwriting documentation within authority limits Support renewals, endorsements, and client/broker engagement Contribute to market intelligence, strategy, and business development Requirements
Credit Control Manager: ~10+ years of relevant experience in credit control / finance within insurance or reinsurance Underwriters: 4–7 years of underwriting experience, preferably in facultative reinsurance Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills Experience working with international markets preferred Additional Information
