Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on training on vehicle diagnostics, repair procedures, and the use of specialized Quick Fit equipment to new and existing technicians, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
- Develop and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and practical exercises, reflecting the latest automotive technologies and Quick Fit service offerings.
- Assess technician competency through practical evaluations and knowledge tests, providing constructive feedback to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.
- Troubleshoot technical issues encountered by technicians during training sessions, offering immediate solutions and reinforcing best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Vocational training or Associate's degree in Automotive Technology or a related field.
- ASE Certifications (e.g., T1-T8, L1, Gor equivalent industry recognized credentials.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an automotive technician, with a strong focus on diagnostics and repair in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in training or mentoring automotive technicians, demonstrating the ability to effectively transfer knowledge.
