Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated UPS After-Sales Service Engineer/Technician to join our technical support team.
Key Responsibilities
Installation & Commissioning: Supervise and execute the installation, testing, and commissioning of single-phase and three-phase UPS & STS systems at client sites.
Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance (PM) services, including battery health checks, thermal imaging, and firmware updates.
Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and software faults on UPS & STS systems .
Emergency Support: Respond promptly to emergency breakdown calls to minimize client downtime.
