Job description
We are seeking for a Senior HSE Officer who will be responsible in leading HSE and process safety activities, including risk
analysis, HAZOP, HAZID, QRA, MOC, PTW, and contractor HSE performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and monitor HSE and process safety activities.
- Review project specifications and deliverables for HSE compliance.
- Conduct risk analysis, HAZOP, HAZID, What-if studies, and participate in QRA.
- Review MOC for process, equipment, and chemical changes.
- Provide technical safety guidance for critical construction and operational activities.
- Promote process safety culture and ensure closure of HSE recommendations.
Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical Engineering.
- NEBOSH certification is mandatory.
- CSP certification is preferred.
- Minimum 15 years experience in petrochemical / oil & gas industry.
- Minimum 8 years experience in process safety.
- Strong knowledge of HAZOP, HAZID, QRA, MOC, PTW, JSA, and process safety management.
- Fluent in English.
