Senior HR Generalist (5 months & Extendable) Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field Minimum of 5–8 years HR Generalist experience Strong experience in: Pay Grade Analysis Salary Structure & Compensation Review Performance Management Systems KPI Development HR Policies & Employee Relations Knowledge in HR analytics and organizational development is an advantage Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally Experience in construction companies will be highly preferred Valid QID and Immediate joiners Only
