Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and lead a team of staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor inventory, control costs, and ensure efficient resource management.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and enhance the dining experience.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain smooth operations.
Requirements:
• Male or Female candidates are welcome.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a similar setting.
• Certificates related to Managerial position.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
