We are hiring a Chief Secretary for one of our clients in Qatar.

Candidates who have the required qualifications and experience may apply.

Skills

• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in an executive secretarial or administrative role, preferably supporting C-level executives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

• Experience in a corporate or multinational environment.

• Familiarity with executive-level business operations and protocols.

• Must have valid QID and NOC.
