We are seeking a highly skilled Network Consultant to design, implement, and optimize network solutions for our organization and clients. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in networking technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide strategic guidance on network infrastructure, security, and performance enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, design, and implement scalable and secure network architectures.
- Provide consulting services on network infrastructure, security, and optimization strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand business needs and translate them into network solutions.
- Implement and maintain firewalls, VPNs, and other security measures to safeguard network integrity.
- Monitor network performance, conduct capacity planning, and recommend upgrades as needed.
- Stay updated on emerging networking technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
- Develop documentation, reports, and recommendations for network configurations and improvements.
- Conduct training sessions and provide technical guidance to internal teams and clients.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in network consulting, administration, or engineering.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, routing, switching, and security (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPNs, Firewalls).
- Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Experience with cloud networking solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Proficiency in network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Experience with SD-WAN and software-defined networking (SDN).
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash) for network automation.
- Understanding of ITIL framework and best practices in IT service management.
