Marketing Coordinator

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on projects by helping collect, compile documents and create reports by collecting, summarizing and analyzing data. Prepare correspondence, emails, memos, reports, PowerPoint presentations, and other documents in a professional manner.
  • Scheduling, and organization of business trips. Support the maintenance and development of marketing tools including CRM.
  • Social Media management: Manages content creation on our various social media channels, engage with customers and answer questions Digital marketing: Help in implementing digital marketing strategy with the goal of driving traffic and/or brand recognition Order, monitor, manage inventory, and distribute marketing promotional items Support marketing efforts by organizing tradeshow and event day support material (creating signage, organizing booths, arranging marketing collateral, supporting Marketing team in booking events, etc.)
  • Knows how to deal with cloud-based Microsoft programs (OneDrive, Share drive, Microsoft Teams)
  • Organize photo libraries of events, visits, tradeshows, etc. Regularly monitors and update company documents (Profile, PQ, etc.) where applicable making sure all resources are accurate and current. Supports Marketing department invoices processing Monitoring and updating calendars Other duties as assigned.


Technical skills

  • Help the team in creating promotional/marketing materials
  • Having the required skills for utilizing the features of Social media Ads.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor Degree or Relevant Diploma
