Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mobile Service Technician at Ghasham International RP Tech in Doha, Qatar. The Mobile Service Technician will be responsible for providing mobile service and technical support, diagnosing and repairing mobile devices, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and quality service.
Qualifications
- Mobile device repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance skills
- Knowledge of mobile hardware and software systems
- Experience with diagnosing and resolving technical issues
- Customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certification in mobile device repair or related field is a plus
- Fluency in English and Arabic languages
