Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of visual content for the Food & Grocery vertical, from concept to final deliverables.
- Develop strategic creative concepts for large-scale campaigns and special projects.
- Manage the design process and distribute tasks among Middle and Junior Designers.
- Conduct workshops, train the team, and improve the design quality within the company.
- Maintain and enhance the unique visual style of the vertical within Snoonu’s brand framework.
- Collaborate with external contractors and participate in production processes, including photoshoots.
- Create guidelines and design libraries for internal teams and contractors.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years as a Senior Graphic Designer.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, and experience in print production.
- Strong skills in photo retouching and compositing.
- Proven project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of branding, packaging, and digital design for FMCG and e-commerce.
- Advanced proficiency in working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, MidJourney, or similar, with prompt-writing expertise.
- Strong leadership qualities, ability to inspire the team, and provide constructive feedback.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with international brands.
- Skills in 3D graphics and animation.
- Knowledge of trends in Food & Grocery and e-commerce design.
