Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Agent at Raffles Doha in Lusail. The Reservations Agent will be responsible for handling phone reservations, providing excellent customer service, communication.
Qualifications
- Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Experience in Reservations and Customer Service
- Ability to handle calls and opera system
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous
